I believe that Spectrum are a very good agency. Based on personal experience, Spectrum first got me a position at a large Financial Services organisation in May 2007. This was a permanent position and I had been there for approx 5 years. The Staff at Spectrum was touching base with me on a regular basis to see how I was settling in and if I liked my new role.

After the 5 or so years at my first position, I decided that I still wanted to remain in the Superannuation industry but try something different.
